Refund policy

Overview

At The Label Archive, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer legislation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be shipped within the approved return period.

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All designer tags, authenticity labels, dust bags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, certain items—including underwear, swimwear, earrings, and other sealed personal items—may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the incorrect item was received;

  • the item arrived damaged or defective; or

  • the return is required due to our error.

Returns must be shipped using a reputable courier service such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, with a valid tracking number.

Returns sent through standard postal services without tracking may not be accepted.

Customers remain responsible for returned items until they are successfully received by our fulfillment partner.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale (where permitted by law)


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
