Every order at The Label Archive is carefully prepared and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in Modena, Italy. We work with trusted international courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

At present, we deliver exclusively to customers within the European Union.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment has been confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Shipping Costs

The courier used may vary depending on your destination and the most efficient shipping route available.


Delivery Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or public holidays.

Neither The Label Archive nor our fulfillment partners can guarantee delivery dates under these circumstances.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your claim, please include photographs of:

  • the external packaging

  • the shipping label

  • the damaged item(s)

We will work with the courier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

The Label Archive cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
